Social Adventures San Diego

From relaxed social gatherings to community outings and special events, Social Adventures San Diego brings adults 18+ together for friendship, fun, and new experiences throughout the community.

Some gatherings may be active and adventurous, while others may be more relaxed and centered around conversation, shared interests, and simply enjoying time together.

Social Adventures will offer a changing mix of social gatherings, recreation, community experiences, and special events.

Participants will have opportunities to share their interests, make choices, and help shape future experiences.

The goal is to create opportunities to connect with others, enjoy the community, try something different, and have a good time.

Some people enjoy energetic activities and meeting lots of new people. Others prefer smaller groups, quieter settings, or more time to become comfortable.

Social Adventures San Diego is being developed with choice, comfort, accessibility, and individual preferences in mind.

Participants can engage at their own pace while feeling welcomed, respected, and included.

Schedules, locations, group sizes, and participation details are currently being developed. Funding and payment arrangements will be discussed individually and may depend on the participant’s approved spending plan and FMS requirements. 

Social Adventures San Diego is a standalone social and recreation offering provided by True Choice Pathways. It is separate from Independent Facilitation, Person-Centered Planning, Microbusiness Coaching, and other Self-Determination services. Program details, including schedules, locations, pricing, funding options, participation requirements, and availability, are still being developed. Joining the interest list does not guarantee enrollment, participation, placement, or service availability.
